Ms. Chow graduated from the University of San Francisco, earning her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She pursued her Juris Doctor at UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law), where she was an Editor for the UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice (formerly Hastings Journal on Gender and the Law) and received a Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) Award in her Business Associations course. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Chow served as an interpreter for the Bar Association of San Francisco, assisting Spanish-speaking litigants in navigating legal proceedings.

In 2023, Ms. Chow joined the firm after exclusively practicing family law at a boutique family law firm in Oakland. She is dedicated to serving clients with expertise in family law and is licensed to practice law in the State of California. Ms. Chow is a proud member of the California Bar Association.
